Frank M. Perez is the VP of Acquisitions, South Florida. Mr. Perez understands the entire acquisition process from finding and analyzing potential opportunities through financial and physical due diligence phases of a transaction. His track record with REO’s and bank notes totals more than $200 million. Mr. Perez’ is well versed in multifamily communities, fractured condominiums, bulk single family homes, hospitality and vacant land.
During the past two years, Mr. Perez has identified and built relationships with several local and regional banking institutions. These institutions respect Frank’s understanding of the local markets which we serve and allow him unprecedented access as a consultant and analyst. Mr. Perez was honorably discharged from the U.S. Marine Corps after 10 years of active duty. He is a veteran Operation Desert Storm in 1990. Mr. Perez has a MBA from Hamilton University and several certificates from government agencies where he has worked. Mr. Perez is a licensed Realtor in the State of Florida. He is active in the Miami Chamber of Commerce and supports South Florida charities. Mr. Perez is single and has two adult children.
