Mr. Huerta is the President of Go Global Properties, a successful real estate development firm based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Huerta began his career in 1994 as a real estate as a land specialist seeking out investment and development opportunities. His focus was in the North Las Vegas area and in the Southeast area of the Valley (Henderson). Today, he holds a corporate broker’s license and has an excellent grasp of the real estate market throughout Las Vegas & Henderson. He also has a thorough understanding of demographics in the Valley and the investment side of real estate ownership and development for private investors and large corporations.

Companies in which Mr. Huerta has either invested in, developed for, or brokered real estate to, include Richmond American Homes of Nevada, Capital Pacific Homes, DR Horton, World Premier Investments, Oasis Destiny RV, Fletcher Jones Mercedes and Lexus, Centex Homes, NewMark Merrill, Metro Development, Merlin Entertainment, The Paglia Companies, The Shepherd Eye Center, Buffalo Wild Wings (bw3), and Chevron Products Company. Mr. Huerta’s investors range from local physicians and professionals to investors overseas in England, Mexico, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, New York City, Miami, Florida, and Israel.

The majority of Mr. Huerta’s investments in real estate involve buying specific properties within the Las Vegas Market and then either developing them, marketing to his list of specific clients, for joint-venture development (in order to produce income-generating assets, which can be held onto for investment purposes or sold for profit). Huerta’s largest project, to date, is a 1,300-acre Master Plan community off of Interstate 80 and Vista Boulevard overlooking the entire City of Reno and Sparks.

Mr. Huerta received a Master’s in Business Administration degree from the University of Miami, with a concentration in finance. He also graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with honors, from the University of Miami. While at the University of Miami, Mr. Huerta was a four-year letterman on the Miami Hurricanes football team, MVP of the 1991 National Championship winning Miami Hurricanes, and was elected a 1st Team Academic All-America selection his senior year in college. He still holds a number of University of Miami records. He played professionally in the NFL, Arena Football League (AFL) and the Canadian Football League (CFL). In 2002, he was elected to the University of Miami Sports Hall of Fame on the first ballot that he was eligible for induction. Mr. Huerta is married to Christine Huerta and has two boys Noah and Wyatt.
